School Meals
We operate a choice menu which rotates on a three weekly cycle, allowing the children to become familiar with the food served.
Each meal comes with a pudding or fruit/yoghurt.
Alongside our hot school meals, children also have the option of either a sandwich; or a jacket potato. Both of these meal options come with tomato pasta.
Summer Term Menu 2026
From April 2025, school dinners cost £2.85 per day. School dinners can be ordered and paid for via MCAS.
All pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a Universal Infant Free School Meal.
Our cooks takes great pride in their cooking and presentation and produce lovely meals for the children, served with a smile!
Free School Meals
Free school meals are available to children whose parents are in receipt of one or more of the following benefits (from September 2026):
- Universal Credit
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Support under part VI of the immigration and asylum act 1999
- The Guarantee element of Pension Credit.
Targeted FSM: this covers children in households in receipt of Universal Credit with annual household earnings of £7,400 or less. These children will attract pupil premium and other disadvantage funding for their schools. Other education entitlements, such as the holiday activities and food programme (HAF) and the ‘extended rights’ element of school travel assistance, will be based on targeted free school meals.
Expanded FSM: this covers children who are in households receiving Universal Credit with annual household earnings exceeding £7,400. Children will be entitled to free school meals only.
Should you meet the above criteria, you can apply by using the application form below.

Schools may be able to arrange a reimbursement of any monies paid whilst your entitlement is being confirmed.
